ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਘਟਿ ਚਾਨਣਾ ਆਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੇਰੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ ॥ gur parsaadee ghat chaannaa aanHayr gavaa-i-aa. By the Guru’s grace, one’s mind is enlightened with Divine knowledge and the darkness of ignorance is dispelled. ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਗਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਅਗਿਆਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਹਨੇਰਾ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਲੋਹਾ ਪਾਰਸਿ ਭੇਟੀਐ ਕੰਚਨੁ
ਬੇਦੁ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਰਾਸਿ ਕਰਮੀ ਪਲੈ ਹੋਇ ॥ bayd vapaaree gi-aan raas karmee palai ho-ay. The Veda acts like a trader (by talking about vices and virtues and hell and heaven); but divine knowledge is the real wealth, received only by God’s grace. (ਸੋ, ਪਾਪ ਤੇ ਪੁੰਨ ਦੇ ਫਲ ਦੱਸ ਕੇ) ਵੇਦ ਤਾਂ ਵਪਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ
