ਬਿਸਮ ਬਿਸਮ ਬਿਸਮ ਹੀ ਭਈ ਹੈ ਲਾਲ ਗੁਲਾਲ ਰੰਗਾਰੈ ॥ bisam bisam bisam hee bha-ee hai laal gulaal rangaarai. ਗੁਣ ਰਮੰਤ ਦੂਖ ਨਾਸਹਿ ਰਿਦ ਭਇਅੰਤ ਸਾਂਤਿ ॥੩॥ gun ramant dookh naaseh rid bha-i-ant saaNt. ||3|| By singing the praises of God, all the sorrows are eradicated and the heart becomes tranquil and calm. ||3|| ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਂਦਿਆਂ (ਸਾਰੇ) ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਠੰਢ ਪੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੩॥ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਰਸੁ ਪੀਉ
