ਹਰਿ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਜਾਇ ਗੁਮਾਨੁ ॥ har sukh-daata man vasai ha-umai jaa-ay gumaan. ਕਾਇਆ ਮਿਟੀ ਅੰਧੁ ਹੈ ਪਉਣੈ ਪੁਛਹੁ ਜਾਇ ॥ kaa-i-aa mitee anDh hai pa-unai puchhahu jaa-ay. The body is merely dirt, it is blind (ignorant). ਇਹੁ ਜੀਉ ਸਦਾ ਮੁਕਤੁ ਹੈ ਸਹਜੇ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੨॥ ih jee-o sadaa mukat hai sehjay rahi-aa samaa-ay. ||2|| Then, this soul is liberated forever (from ego or worldly attachments), and it remains absorbed in celestial bliss. ||2|| ਫਿਰ ਇਹ ਆਤਮਾ ਸਦਾ (ਮਾਇਆ-ਮੋਹ ਤੋਂ) ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਅਡੋਲ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥ اِہُجیِءُسدامُکتُہےَسہجےرہِیاسماءِ
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਨਮੁ ਬਿਰਥਾ ਗਵਾਇਆ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਮੁ ਮਾਰਿ ਕਰੇ ਖੁਆਰ ॥੨॥ har naam na paa-i-aa janam birthaa gavaa-i-aa naanak jam maar karay khu-aar. ||2|| They do not blessed with God’s Naam, and they waste their lives; O Nanak, the Messenger of Death punishes and dishonors them. ||2|| ‘ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ

ਸਨਕ ਸਨੰਦਨ ਨਾਰਦ ਮੁਨਿ ਸੇਵਹਿ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਜਪਤ ਰਹਹਿ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ॥ sanak sanandan naarad mun sayveh an-din japat raheh banvaaree. O’ God, Sages llike Sanak, Sanandan and Narad are always engaged in Your devotionl worship and always remember You; ਹੇ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ, ਸਨਕ, ਸਨੰਦਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਰਦ ਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਕਮਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ
