ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿਸਬਦੁਸਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਲੀਐਸਚੇਕੇਗੁਣਗਾਉ॥ gurmukh sabad samHaalee-ai sachay kay gun gaa-o. The Gurmukhs dwell on the Word of the Shabad. They sing the Glorious Praises of the True Lord. Through the Guru’s word we should remember Him and sing praises of the eternal (God). ਗੁਰੂਦੇਸਨਮੁਖਹੋਇਆਂਹੀ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂਦੀਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹਦਾ) ਸ਼ਬਦ (ਹਿਰਦੇਵਿਚ) ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆਜਾਸਕਦਾਹੈਤੇਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰਹਰੀਦੇਗੁਣਗਾਏਜਾਸਕਦੇਹਨ। گُرمُکھِسبدُسم٘ہ٘ہالیِئےَسچےکےگُنھگاءُ॥ سبد سمہالئے ۔ دل میں بسا ہے ۔
ਇਕਿਨਗਨਫਿਰਹਿਦਿਨੁਰਾਤਿਨੀਦਨਸੋਵਹੀ॥ ik nagan fireh din raat neeNd na sovhee. Some wander naked day and night and never sleep.
