ਹੈ ਹਜੂਰਿ ਕਤ ਦੂਰਿ ਬਤਾਵਹੁ ॥ hai hajoor katdoor bataavhu. God is present, right here at hand; why do you say that He is far away? (O‟ my friends), that God is right in front of you, why then do you tell people that He is (sitting) far away (in some seventh heaven). (ਹੇ ਮੁੱਲਾਂ!)
ਪੰਡਿਤ ਮੁਲਾਂ ਛਾਡੇ ਦੋਊ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ pandit mulaaNchhaaday do-oo. ||1|| rahaa-o. ਰਾਮੁ ਰਾਜਾ ਨਉ ਨਿਧਿ ਮੇਰੈ ॥ raam raajaa na-o niDh mayrai. The Sovereign Lord is the nine treasures for me. (the Name of that) sovereign God is all the nine treasures (of the world). ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਜਗਤ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਧਨ-ਮਾਲ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ
ਕੋਟਿ ਮੁਨੀਸਰ ਮੋੁਨਿ ਮਹਿ ਰਹਤੇ ॥੭॥ kot muneesar mon meh rahtay. ||7|| Millions of silent sages dwell in silence. ||7|| and millions of silent sages keep observing silence, (yet they have not been able to know His limits). ||7|| ਕ੍ਰੋੜਾਂ ਹੀ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਮੁਨੀ ਮੋਨ ਧਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੭॥ کوٹِمُنیِسرمد਼نِمہِرہتے॥੭॥ مینسر۔ خاموش رہنے والے ۔
ਜਿਸੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਰਿਦੈ ਸੋ ਸੀਤਲੁ ਹੂਆ ॥ jis naam ridai so seetal hoo-aa. One who keeps the Naam in his heart becomes calm and content, In whoose mind is the Name, becomes calm and contended. ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹਿਰਦਾ (ਪੂਰਨ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ) ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। جِسُنامُرِدےَسوسیِتلُہوُیا॥
ਪ੍ਰਹਲਾਦੁ ਜਨੁ ਚਰਣੀ ਲਾਗਾ ਆਇ ॥੧੧॥ parahlaad jan charnee laagaa aa-ay. ||11|| The humble servant Prahlaad came and fell at the God’s Feet. ||11|| Ultimately), devotee Prehlaad, himself went and fell at the feet (of God and prayed to Him to take off this form, and God acceded to His request). ||11|| (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ) ਭਗਤ
