ਮੇਰੈ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਹੋਇ ਵਿਗਾਸੁ ਪ੍ਰਿਉ ਪ੍ਰਿਉ ਸਚੁ ਨਿਤ ਚਵਾ ਰਾਮ ॥ mayrai antar ho-ay vigaas pari-o pari-o sach nit chavaa raam. and a great delight wells up in me, and every day I keep reciting the Name of my Beloved God. ਮੇਰੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਖਿੜਾਉ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ

O’ my mind, meditate on that all-pervading Creator who has created the entire universe, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ! ਉਸ ਇਕ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ (ਦਾ ਨਾਮ) ਸਿਮਰ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਜਗਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ہرِسِمرِایکنّکارُساچاسبھُجگتُجِنّنِاُپائِیا॥ سمر ۔ یاد کر
ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਰਤੜੀਏ ਸਹਜਿ ਮਿਲੀਜੈ ॥ an-din rat-rhee-ay sahj mileejai. You should always remain imbued with Almighty’s love so that you can imperceptibly realize Him. ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇਂ (ਭਾਵ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਜੀਵ-ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ-ਰੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਰੰਗੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਜੀਵ-ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪਣੇ
